About the Role
Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets, aiming to make it radically easier to raise and deploy capital. Our first product is a full-stack platform for launching and running private investment firms, handling infrastructure from legal structuring to reporting and exits. We are automating a decades-old part of the financial services industry using AI and LLMs. This is a product role focused on optimizing Odin's operations, reducing cost per deal, and automating workflows.
Responsibilities
- Triage operational problems before they reach product and engineering, scoping them for engineering or building solutions directly.
- Drive down cost per deal by identifying and implementing process improvements and automation.
- Automate workflows by learning deal operations processes end-to-end and building replacement solutions, often without engineering involvement.
- Delete unnecessary processes and reject requests that do not scale or are not highly profitable.
- Lead the core deal operations team, directing their time and rebuilding work around them.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build real solutions with AI without a budget or engineers, shipping solutions in Claude Code or similar.
- Founder or product management experience with a track record of finishing projects.
- Systems thinking ability, analyzing processes from a business-wide perspective.
- Ability to question inherited conventions and industry constraints.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to completing tasks.
- Numerate with comfortable financial mechanics and strong mental arithmetic skills.
- Experience in regulated financial services (fund administration, custody, payments, brokerage, audit, tax, or back office) is a plus but not required.
