About the Role
Cosuno is the platform where construction companies run their tenders. As a Product Specialist, you will be the go-to product expert, leading customer meetings, finding solutions within the product, turning feedback into decisions, running custom developments, and supporting sales demos. You will report directly to the Head of Product.
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to product expert for sales, customer success, and account management.
- Turn recurring customer questions into easily accessible answers.
- Lead customer meetings, including feedback sessions, roadmap conversations, and workshops.
- Understand customer problems and find creative solutions using existing product features.
- Back customer requests with usage data and product principles to provide prioritized input to Product Managers.
- Explain to customers why certain features will not be built.
- Project-manage custom developments for key customers, including scope agreement and coordination with Product and Engineering.
- Join sales in complex demos and present the roadmap and product decisions.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in a customer-facing product role in B2B SaaS (e.g., Product Specialist, Solutions Consultant, Customer Success Manager, Implementation Manager).
- Ability to quickly learn complex products and explain them clearly to diverse audiences.
- Confidence in leading customer meetings, handling difficult questions, and providing well-reasoned 'no's.
- Experience managing projects with external stakeholders, including scope, timelines, and expectations.
- Ability to transform scattered customer feedback into clear, prioritized input, supported by usage data.
- Daily use of AI tools in your work.
- C2 level German and fluent English.
- Bonus points for experience in construction, construction tech, procurement, or product enablement (help center, webinars, product tours).
