About the Role

As a Software Engineer on Product, you will build the surfaces where people interact with our AI security agents, ensuring a fast, clear, and trustworthy user experience. You will own key features like Mission Control and findings workflows, shaping both the API and the user interface. This role offers direct collaboration with founders, designers, and customers, with significant influence on product direction.

Responsibilities

Build the live view of agent activity in Mission Control, enabling users to understand autonomous agent actions without being overwhelmed by logs.
Design and implement workflows for triaging, explaining, assigning, and fixing findings, including blast radius and evidence presentation.
Take ownership of full-stack features from initial concept through API design, data modeling, UI development, and post-launch monitoring.
Focus on crafting and refining user experience details such as speed, empty states, keyboard navigation, copy, and subtle interactions.
Engage with customers by attending calls and observing product usage to identify and address friction points.
Contribute to the development of the design system, front-end architecture, and overall product quality standards.

Requirements

Demonstrated taste in product design, with the ability to identify and rectify issues.
Shipped products that you are proud of, with a portfolio to showcase.
Strong full-stack engineering skills, with deep experience in TypeScript and React.
Comfort working with APIs and databases.
Proven track record of owning product features end-to-end, from problem definition to polished delivery.
Attention to UX at all levels, including information architecture, interaction design, performance, and accessibility.
Ability to manage complex, data-heavy interfaces and simplify them without losing critical information.
Daily use of AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and ability to maintain quality while shipping quickly.
