About the Role
As a Member of the Technical Staff, you will build the system that makes our agents effective at security, including the graph they reason over, the infrastructure they run on, and the agents themselves. You will own problems end to end, from customer interaction to design, shipping, and production monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Build and extend the live security graph, including crawlers for resources and the pipeline for modeling production systems.
- Design, evaluate, and improve AI security agents for pentesting, triaging, chaining, and remediation, and build associated evaluation metrics.
- Own services end to end across Go, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, graph databases, and AWS, including design, deployment, and on-call responsibilities.
- Ensure platform safety for production use through strict tenant isolation, egress controls, and secrets handling.
- Collaborate with customers and security leads to translate findings into product improvements.
- Set the engineering bar for the growing team, focusing on code quality, review culture, tooling, and AI agent integration.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with a proven track record of shipping and owning production systems end to end.
- Fluency in Go or TypeScript, with a willingness to work across the full stack.
- Experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, or cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Daily use of AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and informed opinions on their reliability.
- Curiosity about system vulnerabilities and attack mechanisms.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and define new processes and systems.
