About the Role

DrAnsay is a leading digital health platform in Germany, focused on making healthcare simpler, faster, and more accessible. This newly created role is essential for managing product-wide roadmaps, OKRs, and reporting during a critical scale-up phase, ensuring efficient product development and launch of new initiatives.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain cross-product roadmaps, identifying and resolving inter-team dependencies.
Manage OKR cycles from planning to evaluation, aligning team-level objectives with overall product strategy.
Oversee product metrics and company-wide reporting on feature impact in collaboration with the Data team.
Challenge initiatives with low customer or business value and propose alternatives.
Integrate user research into product development with the UX team.
Develop the working methods of Product Managers, focusing on planning, documentation, and reporting.
Support product discovery and early structuring of new product initiatives, coordinating with Engineering.
Establish company-wide communication of product strategy and document product decisions.

Requirements

Experience in a Product Leadership role (e.g., Head of Product, Product Lead, Group Product Manager) with responsibility beyond a single product.
Experience with digital B2C products in a fast-growing company.
Proficiency with OKRs and roadmapping, including cross-product coordination and multi-team roadmap communication.
Strong ability to define metrics, measure feature impact, and build reporting for stakeholders.
Ability to persuade through arguments and data, engaging in discussions with experienced Product Managers.
Willingness to perform structural tasks like maintaining roadmaps and chasing updates.
Very good German and English skills (minimum C1) for daily communication.
Ability to work permanently from Germany with the necessary work permit.
