About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and stakeholders while supporting a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site requirements, helping to deter unauthorized access.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns or unusual conditions.
- Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for incidents, observations, and security-related matters.
Requirements
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Skills
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
