About the Role
RB Holdings is seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Director to lead and shape all food, beverage, and hospitality operations for The Marcus, a new business club launching in Mayfair in Summer 2027. This role is crucial in blending elevated dining, a state-of-the-art wellness centre, and exceptional business support with the distinctive flair of Robin Birley clubs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional standards across restaurants, bars, lounges and private dining spaces.
- Develop and deliver an innovative Food & Beverage strategy that strengthens the Club's reputation and market position.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability and operational efficiency through effective financial and commercial management.
- Partner with Culinary, Beverage and Wine teams to curate outstanding dining and hospitality experiences.
- Establish and maintain best-in-class operational standards, ensuring consistency, compliance and quality across all venues.
- Monitor performance across all outlets, identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction, productivity and financial results.
- Build, mentor and develop high-performing management teams, creating a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Significant leadership experience within luxury hospitality, private members' clubs or five-star hotels.
- Proven success leading multi-outlet Food & Beverage operations.
- Strong commercial experience, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
- Experience driving business growth, profitability and operational excellence.
Skills
- Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in revenue growth, profitability, budgeting and financial performance.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including outlet management, service delivery and operational best practice.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance both the member experience and business performance.
- Excellent leadership, influencing and decision-making skills, with a passion for food, beverage and hospitality excellence.
