About the Role
Securitas is seeking dependable, experienced Security Officers to join our team in a multi-site capacity throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. This role involves supporting various client locations, maintaining a safe and secure environment, and providing professional customer service. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, adapting to different site requirements, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Support various client locations.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Provide professional customer service.
- Adapt to different site requirements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Travel between various client locations throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties, NY.
- Be available to work at least two of the following three shifts: Morning, Evening, and Overnight.
- Be available for weekend work.
- Adapt to changing assignments and site-specific security requirements.
Requirements
- Prior security experience is required.
- Must be willing and able to travel between various client locations throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties, NY.
- Must have a valid New York State driver's license.
- Must be available to work at least two of the following three shifts: Morning, Evening, and Overnight.
- Open availability is strongly preferred, including flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and assignments.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing assignments and site-specific security requirements.
