About the Role
Big Mamma Group is seeking a passionate Runner to join their team, contributing to their mission of changing lives with pizza and creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Run food and drinks, and serve wine, desserts and pasta directly to guests
- Open and close the floor
- Polish cutlery and fold napkins
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and health & safety standards across the floor
- Support colleagues during service with a positive and proactive attitude
- Create memorable moments for guests with a warm, friendly and professional approach
Requirements
- Passion for Italian food and excellent customer service
- High energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
- Previous experience in hospitality
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
