About the Role
SBM’s Manager-in-Training program is a 9-week, paid leadership program designed for ambitious individuals seeking to learn quickly, assume responsibility, and build a career in operations. This hands-on program provides direct experience with teams, clients, and business challenges, guided by experienced leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Work directly with Fortune 500 clients
- Solve real day-to-day business challenges
- Learn how budgets and operations work
- Support safety and team performance
- Build relationships with experienced site and operations leaders
- Apply learned concepts to practical situations
