About the Role
Hisense In Store Promoter - Weekends. Represent one of Europe’s fastest-growing consumer electronics brands, advising customers about products, demonstrating products, answering questions, and guiding customers to the right choice. This role involves stepping forward, starting conversations, and helping customers feel confident in their purchases.
Responsibilities
- Starting conversations - engaging customers, not waiting for them
- Demonstrating products in a way that makes customers say “wow”
- Helping customers compare options and make informed decisions
- Hitting sales targets and earning bonus
- Building strong relationships with store colleagues
- Supporting launches, promotions and in-store activity
- Providing simple, accurate reporting
Requirements
- Retail Sales experience
- A genuine interest in consumer electronics and technology
- Comfortable delivering great customer service in a retail sales environment
- A competitive edge - you like hitting targets
- Adaptable and comfortable moving across consumer electronics categories
- Reliable, professional, and motivated
