About the Role
We’re recruiting a temporary Chef de Partie for a prestigious multi-Rosette restaurant in Central London. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing kitchen team and contribute to exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Manage your section during service and keep it organized and well stocked
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver efficient service
- Help maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
Requirements
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
- Confidence working in a high-standard, fast-paced restaurant kitchen
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling
- Availability for temporary shifts in Central London
