About the Role
As a Pest Control Technician, you will cover a dedicated geographical area, supporting customers by resolving pest issues. This role involves inspecting premises, tackling pest problems, advising customers on maintenance and hygiene, completing reports, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
- Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
- Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
- Completing accurate reports after every visit.
- Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
- May be required to pass a DBS check.
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday dayshift for approximately 12 weeks while training.

Salary/Compensations
- Basic salary: £27,788 per annum
- South East allowance: £5,000 per annum
- Night allowance: £7,500 per annum
- Expected OTE: £49,000 per annum
