About the Role
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to support with running our Breakfest service, with potential to assist with lunch and dinner sections. This role involves nurturing kitchen talent, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing creative ideas to maintain a dynamic kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Support running the Breakfest service.
- Assist with running sections across lunch and dinner services.
- Nurture and develop the talent of the kitchen team.
- Ensure smooth operations, including orders, deliveries, and service.
- Maintain high food hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on creative ideas and techniques.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as part of a kitchen team in a similar-sized restaurant.
- Passion for fresh ingredients and strong flavors.
- Ability to be yourself and have a positive impact on others.
- Willingness to leave egos at the door and help get things done.
- Openness to trying new things and doing things differently.
- Ability to work hard, support teammates, and have fun.
