We are looking for an individual to translate pedagogical concepts into concrete structures, manage learning organization, daily routines, and feedback, while keeping the requirements of the Senate Administration in mind. Responsibilities

Co-create the pedagogical concept for a new, innovative educational project with the project team.
Translate pedagogical guiding principles into concrete structures such as learning organization, daily rhythm, and performance feedback.
Research current developments and scientific findings in the general education sector and derive impulses for the project.
Create applications and concept documents for the Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family with the team.
Support personnel planning and recruitment in the pedagogical field.
Build and maintain funding and cooperation partnerships.

Requirements

Completed teacher training or a degree in educational science, school pedagogy, educational sciences, or a comparable qualification.
Comprehensive knowledge of reform pedagogical concepts and interest in innovative educational approaches as well as current debates surrounding general education schools and learning.
Confident written communication skills for concept texts and administrative correspondence.
Strategic and conceptual strength combined with a structured, self-reliant way of working.
Entrepreneurial thinking and pragmatic implementation skills.
