About the Role
The Wholesale Sales Assistant will be involved with all aspects and phases of daily operations, performing administrative and operational functions supporting both the Full Price and Off Price Divisions of the Wholesale Team. Proficiency in Excel is required.
Responsibilities
- Compile weekly selling and best sellers for accounts.
- Create merchandised packages on Excel for accounts based on past history, current selling, and trend.
- Assist with management and operations regarding inventory levels.
- Run reports and manipulate them using pivot tables and other Excel capabilities for easier viewing.
- Update Off-Price sales log by month, including purchase orders and outstanding orders.
- Create Return Authorizations and issue RA #s.
- Communicate effectively with off-price customers and sample teams both internally and externally.
- Assist and help manage the 2 annual sample sales.
- Manage Department Store sample tracker with the Full Price Account Executives and Assistants.
- Work with the Full Price team on coordinating sample send outs and returns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong numerical skills and an interest in analyzing sales data.
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with a team.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
