About the Role
Provide safe transportation and support for clients and families within the foster care system, including medical, educational, clinical, and visitation trips.
Responsibilities
- Transport clients and families to appointments related to medical, educational, clerical, and visitation.
- Collect provider notes and make necessary copies for providers and nurses.
- Provide appropriate supervision to youth based on age and identified treatment needs.
- Complete all required agency trainings.
- Perform other tasks as requested by supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with children with behavioral and/or mental health issues preferred.
- Valid and clean New York State driver's license.
- At least 2 years of driving experience.
