About the Role
AMLI Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support four luxury apartment communities in Austin, Texas. This role involves turning prospective renters into residents by delivering an exceptional leasing experience across multiple properties.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging apartment tours across four luxury communities, highlighting apartment features, amenities, and the surrounding Mueller neighborhood.
- Connect with prospective residents, understand their needs, and help them find the right apartment home.
- Respond to phone, email, text, and online inquiries, consistently following up to convert leads into signed leases.
- Work with onsite teams to meet leasing and occupancy goals across all four communities.
- Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, amenities, and neighborhood attractions.
- Prepare lease agreements, process applications, and maintain accurate leasing records.
- Assist with move-ins, resident renewals, retention efforts, and community events.
- Work closely with property teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
