You’ll work collaboratively with social, planning and strategy specialists to deliver high-profile campaigns across a varied portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Own paid social strategy across audiences, creative best practice, bidding approaches and campaign optimisation.
- Turn campaign performance data into clear, actionable insights, selecting KPIs that connect to wider marketing and business objectives.
- Lead testing roadmaps and explore new platform features, technology and approaches that can improve campaign performance.
- Oversee day-to-day campaign delivery, ensuring briefs, budgets, tracking, optimisation and reconciliation are accurate and well managed.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders, setting clear expectations, identifying risks early and keeping delivery on track.
- Support financial quality assurance across your accounts while helping colleagues maintain consistently high standards.
- Create an inclusive, collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, delegating thoughtfully and supporting the development of colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience developing and delivering paid social campaigns across both brand and performance objectives.
- Strong working knowledge of social advertising platforms, particularly Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
- The ability to interpret performance data, communicate meaningful insights and use them to inform campaign decisions.
- Experience working directly with clients and presenting recommendations clearly to different audiences.
- An organised approach to campaign management, with strong attention to detail and confidence working with budgets and financial processes.
