About the Role
Perform maintenance and upkeep of the exterior and interior of the property to ensure a safe and healthy environment for tenants and customers, while maintaining the corporate image.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs to the property, internally and externally.
- Secure CF property against loss by ensuring health, safety, and security procedures are adhered to.
- Conduct daily/weekly inspections on equipment to ensure good working order.
- Respond to tenant concerns and assist in problem-solving.
- Maintain HVAC controls and make adjustments and repairs as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- Minimum two years’ experience in general maintenance in a commercial, retail or industrial environment.
- Plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and carpentry skills are an asset.
- A valid driver's license.
