About the Role
SIBIE Ltd is seeking a senior marketing leader to develop and execute the group's marketing strategy from the UK. This role involves leading a team to expand brands across the UK, US, and EU, with a focus on e-commerce growth and consistent branding.
Responsibilities
- Build the group marketing strategy and lead the team to deliver it.
- Grow all brands across the UK, US and EU markets.
- Lead e-commerce growth across multiple Shopify stores.
- Keep branding consistent across all markets.
- Lead PR and brand communication.
- Manage internal and external communication channels.
- Set pricing and market plans with a clear focus on profit.
- Track results and report performance to the CEO.
Requirements
- 15+ years in marketing, at senior level.
- Held senior titles such as Head of Marketing, Marketing Director or Senior Marketing Manager.
- Proven e-commerce marketing experience.
- Hands-on Shopify Plus experience.
- Healthcare experience.
- Strong PR and branding background.
- Strong commercial understanding of pricing and markets.
- Strong leadership skills and an eye for aesthetics.
- Native-level English, written and spoken.
- Stable career history.
- Team player.
