About the Role

Equinox Group is seeking a leader to inspire and manage dynamic workforces across multiple departments, ensuring adherence to brand standards and driving exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

Influence and inspire a dynamic work force.
Interview, hire, train, and manage Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids’ club departments to meet Equinox brand standards.
Assist departments in developing schedules and ensuring adherence to payroll budgets.
Complete staff performance evaluations monthly and annually.
Adhere to monthly ordering timeline and supply budgets.
Ensure a high-level of customer service to club members.
Support ancillary departments and sales in partnership with the General Manager.
Maintain awareness of monthly departmental goals and monthly projections.
Ensure club cleanliness per Equinox’s company standard.
Ensure the club is following proper Risk Management and Loss Prevention procedures.
Monitor safety and security of the club.
Facilitate other projects or responsibilities as delegated by the General Manager.
Be open to location reassignments and work flexible schedules dependent on business needs.

Requirements

Proven leadership ability with 1-3 years of management experience in an operational management industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High touch customer service experience preferred.
Effective time management and follow-up skills.
Financial management experience.
Must have a legal right to work in the UK.
