About the Role
We are actively seeking HVAC Service Technicians for a direct hire opportunity in Austin, TX and surrounding regions. This is your chance to be part of a fast-growing team that values skill, professionalism, and dedication to quality service.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair chillers and other refrigeration systems
- Inspect and test components to ensure they are working properly
- Conduct regular maintenance to minimize downtime
- Support sales and service team with estimating, scheduling, and coordinating projects
- Troubleshoot, repair, service, and maintain boilers and domestic hot water systems
- Service low, medium and high-pressure steam systems, DA Tanks, condensate return systems and exhaust systems
- Utilize digital tools and software
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- 6+ years of servicing large commercial/ industrial chillers
- Must have EPA and TDLR
- Proven diagnostic and repair skills
- Strong communication and team leadership qualities
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfort with digital documentation tools and service software
- A commitment to professionalism, safety, and exceptional customer service
Skills
- Some knowledge of variable frequency drives and associated controls is preferred
