About the Role
We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) for the funk format ATLAS, which we are producing together with the Weltspiegel editorial team of the NDR, starting January 1, 2027.
Responsibilities
- Support research for target-group-relevant, international topics.
- Assist with editing, research images, and suitable moving images.
- Support YouTube uploads, create subtitles and relevant documents, such as edit lists.
- Help develop and conceptualize social media strategies in close coordination with the editorial team.
- Support the editorial supervision of social media content.
- Assist with community management.
- Create a rough cut (selection of takes in raw material) as support for our ATLAS editors, if you have some experience with editing software.
Requirements
- Great interest in international topics and the latest trends, whether drug cartels in South America, former Soviet republics, or Gen-Z trends in China.
- Convince with pronounced text proficiency and a good feel for young topics.
- Quick comprehension, high commitment, and resilience in stressful situations characterize you.
- You are a team player and have strong communication skills.
