About the Role
As a Junior Operations Manager, you will take responsibility for our entire supply chain and develop processes that keep pace with our growth. You will work closely with our producers, the product team, management, and external service providers.
Responsibilities
- Manage ordering processes, inventory, and forecasting
- Collaborate closely with contract manufacturers, packaging partners, and logistics service providers
- Optimize supply chain processes for efficiency, cost, and sustainability
- Quality management in collaboration with our product team
- Build scalable processes and tools (ERP, inventory, reporting, etc.)
- Project management for product restocks and launches
- Support the organization of logistics and shipping for events, pop-ups, and VIP activations
Requirements
- Completed degree or apprenticeship in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in the FMCG, beauty, or D2C sector
- Hands-on approach, solution-oriented thinking, and a passion for structuring processes
- Experience with ERP systems & digital tools (e.g., Xentral, Shopify, Excel, G-Suite)
- Fluent in German and English
