About the Role

As a Senior UX Designer at Riverty, you will create sustainable financial services by bringing human-centricity to life in the organization. You will explore, analyze, communicate, and advocate for relevance in services aimed at users. You will support a cross-disciplinary consumer team and peers across Europe.

Responsibilities

Optimizing user interaction and overall experience with services across consumer touchpoints and channels.
Conducting research, creating wireframes, and designing prototypes.
Ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience that meets user needs and business goals.
Gathering and analyzing information to produce and motivate designs.
Producing end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes to test and improve functionality and experience.
Validating design effectiveness to ensure it fulfills intended objectives.
Analyzing user feedback and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Leveraging and contributing to the design system with high-fidelity designs and UI components.
Collaborating with cross-functional partners in Product and Tech and management to ensure alignment with business initiatives.
Advocating for customers and promoting a strong design culture with a human-centric mindset.

Requirements

Proficient in conducting user research, identifying user needs, and translating them into intuitive and impactful design solutions.
Experienced in leading end-to-end product design processes, from concept ideation to final implementation.
Ensuring alignment with business goals and technical constraints.
Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Driving product innovation and delivering exceptional user experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
Focus on creating seamless user flows and intuitive interfaces.
Proficiency in conducting usability testing, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and advocate for user-centered solutions.
Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex user requirements into design approaches and estimations.
Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to team growth (Nice to have).
Experience partnering with multiple designers and stakeholders across complex product ecosystems (Nice to have).
Experience with financial services or fintech products (Nice to have).
Familiarity with product frameworks and development technologies (Nice to have).
Experience with B2B, B2C, and/or B2B2C products (Nice to have).
Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG) and their application in design (Nice to have).
