About the Role
In Corporate Finance, Summer Financial Analysts may work on a variety of transactions providing exposure to various investment banking services and client industries, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts. You will research and analyze financial statements, economic conditions, and investment attributes of public and private companies. The environment is collaborative and entrepreneurial, rewarding analysts with substantial responsibility and interaction with senior-level professionals.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze financial statements.
- Analyze general and industry-specific economic conditions and developments.
- Analyze acquisitions and divestitures.
- Analyze various investment attributes of publicly traded and private securities companies.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029.
- Foundational knowledge of and a keen interest in corporate finance.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Strong work ethic and proven leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adept at leveraging Generative AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
- Candidates must complete the Suited assessment within 5 calendar days of receiving the link.
- Not currently hiring individuals who require or will require sponsorship for employment visa status.
