About the Role
As Vice President, Senior Project Management Office within MUFG’s Cyber Portfolio Function in London, you will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of complex cyber security projects across EMEA. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with senior stakeholders—including the Head of Portfolio Delivery, Regional CISO teams in London and Tokyo—and cross-functional partners such as Finance and Project Governance. You will champion process excellence by implementing MUFG’s toolsets and methodologies while influencing programme managers to adhere to best practices. Your expertise in document control will ensure all artefacts are maintained accurately throughout the project lifecycle. Financial oversight is central to your role: you’ll manage forecasts versus actuals across multiple funding sources while responding swiftly to urgent requests. You’ll also coordinate assurance activities like stage-gate reviews and change control workshops. By producing tailored management information reports for executive audiences and maintaining rigorous status reporting—including RAID logs—you’ll provide clarity on progress against milestones. Your ability to foster effective communication across programmes ensures global alignment on cyber risk reduction strategies. Continuous improvement is encouraged: you’ll lead enhancements to project management standards in partnership with Central PMO teams. Ultimately, your collaborative approach will help build a unified PMO function that supports both MUFG Bank and Securities entities while driving sustainable growth.
