About the Role
The Senior Consultant position is part of FTI Consulting’s Technology practice, providing technology-enabled consulting services to corporations and law firms. FTI Technology leverages modern eDiscovery and review platforms to support document review, case management, processing, analysis, and production. You will work closely with senior leadership, consultants, and clients on complex and challenging engagements, applying analytical and technical skills to develop effective solutions, manage project activities, and deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project activities while collaborating with consultants, supervisors, and client personnel.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging established methodologies to address a variety of client situations and practice areas.
- Develop innovative and customized solutions to meet evolving client requirements.
- Use logical reasoning and technical expertise to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional FTI Consulting services based on client needs.
- Provide exceptional client service in demanding, deadline-driven environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of relevant experience working with eDiscovery technology, including Relativity, Nuix Discover, and/or Reveal.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites and FTI Consulting offices as required.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
Skills
- Strong proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access and SharePoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service in demanding, deadline-driven environments.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
