- Assist with routine legal research and responses to on-call business questions, including initial issue spotting, information gathering, routing, tracking, and preparation of proposed responses for attorney review.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of automation, workflow, and technology-based efficiencies.
- Prepare routine legal operations reports, dashboards, summaries, and status updates.
- Maintain procedures, workflow documentation, playbooks, checklists, and process maps for repeatable legal operations work.
- Support contract operations, including intake review, routing support, lower-risk contract triage support, exception tracking, records support, and escalation to attorneys when legal judgment is required.

- Familiarity with contracts, litigation support, bankruptcy, credit reporting, or financial-services operations preferred.
- Comfort working with legal intake systems, matter management tools, document repositories, contract workflows, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
