The role focuses on professionally assisting hotel guests, from a warm welcome at check-in to their departure. Responsibilities
- Guest assistance including check-in and check-out
- Processing and managing reservations, overbookings, and options
- Invoicing, including managing cost absorptions, cash handling, and reconciliation
- Organizational and administrative tasks in front and back office areas (e.g., managing no-shows, responding to emails)
- Gaining cross-departmental insights through collaboration in a multicultural team
Requirements
- Training in hotel management or professional experience in the hotel/gastronomy industry, or interest in a career change
- High quality awareness and service orientation, as well as hospitality skills and passion for the hotel industry
- Open, communicative demeanor and good command of German and English
- Teamwork skills and willingness to support across departments
