About the Role

New Monday connects experienced specialists with client projects throughout the digital product development process, expanding from UX/UI design to software development, architecture, cloud, data, and AI. We holistically support the development of digital products, from websites and apps to complex platforms and applications, by combining technical expertise with a clear understanding of user needs, technical requirements, and client goals. We work remotely and value personal responsibility, open communication, and collaboration at eye level.

Responsibilities

Design and develop data platforms and data architectures based on Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure.
Integrate different data sources and develop reliable data pipelines and data models.
Make data usable for analysis, reporting, and other applications.
Support the conception and implementation of AI applications depending on the focus.
Consider data quality, security, and governance in the development of solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical concepts and collaborate closely with business departments and development teams.

Requirements

At least five years of relevant professional experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, or AI Engineering.
Practical experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure-based data platforms and data services.
In-depth knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, or comparable technologies, depending on the focus.
Experience in structuring complex requirements and communicating technical decisions understandably.
German language skills at C2 level.
Willingness for project-dependent travel and client assignments within Germany.
