About the Role
As a Bartender at the Blue Boar Pub in Conrad London St. James, you will prepare and serve drinks, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
- Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
- Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables, for seamless service
- Use the point-of-sale system to correctly handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers
- Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items
- Manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being

Salary/Compensations
- £13.79 /hour plus an expected average annual service charge likely to be between £4,500 - £5,000
