About the Role

We are seeking an engaged individual to help shape the future of education at our school, focusing on the generalist nursing program.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a quality network for the generalist nursing program with key cooperation partners and institutions.
Establish and nurture relationships with our cooperation partners.
Organize and coordinate the external practical training of apprentices.
Maintain an intensive network with experts and institutions in the nursing field.

Requirements

A completed degree or apprenticeship is not a prerequisite; the position offers an exciting perspective for motivated career starters and career changers.
Share our conviction that education and close theory-practice integration have high social relevance.
Ideally possess experience in practice coordination and network management.
Have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with cooperation partners and apprentices.
