About the Role
Oversee day-to-day ICT operations, drive the development and optimisation of cloud infrastructure, and lead improvements across the ICT environment. This role is central to Agency’s cloud transformation journey and the success of its Digital Plan. You will design and implement solutions that enable secure, reliable, and high-performing ICT services, with a strong focus on service delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical and system administration support across multiple platforms and locations.
- Lead and mentor Technical Support Administrators responsible for operational maintenance and continuity.
- Ensure the day-to-day ICT operations run smoothly and securely.
- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders on ICT projects and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to optimise ICT operations and drive efficiency.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
- Extensive experience as a Senior Cloud Specialist with Microsoft Azure and O365 expertise.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and optimise cloud solutions.
- Proven experience in Networking and Security will be highly regarded.
- Competency in designing and building solutions relating to the above platforms.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex cloud issues.
- Participation in an on-call and/or after hours work roster to ensure service continuity to clients may be required.
- Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident.

Salary/Compensations
- $133,348 to $146,945 p.a. plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading
