House of Louie is seeking an experienced and inspiring Bar Manager to lead bar operations, ensuring exceptional standards in service, drinks, team development, and guest experience. This role requires a natural leader passionate about creating a welcoming environment and driving excellence.

Requirements
- Proven management or supervisory experience in a premium bar, luxury hotel, high-quality restaurant or lifestyle operation
- Excellent cocktail, spirits and beverage knowledge
- Strong people skills and proven ability to lead, motivate and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in P&L management, stock control and financial accountability
- Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety and licensing compliance requirements
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency in bar management systems and point-of-sale technology
