About the Role

We are seeking a student assistant to support scientific and industrial projects with a focus on sustainability management, circular economy, and the application of Artificial Intelligence. This role will explore AI's potential for data analysis, evaluating sustainability and circular economy aspects, and developing data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Actively support the content design of projects in sustainability management and circular economy.
• Collaborate on the development and evaluation of application scenarios for Artificial Intelligence.
• Support the development and testing of prototypical AI applications, particularly for data analysis and deriving data-based recommendations.
• Participate in processing national and international industrial projects.
• Conduct market and competitor research worldwide.
• Perform scientific research and prepare presentation materials and scientific publications.
• Assist in creating reports and documentation.
• Support the development of concepts, solutions, and reporting within research and industrial projects.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Sustainability Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar).
• Strong interest in sustainability and its industrial implementation.
• Interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to practical problems.
• Basic programming skills and interest in data processing and API integration, or willingness to learn these areas.
• Proficient in all common MS Office applications, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
• High level of initiative and sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new topics.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
