About the Role
The Corporate Development team within the DEAI group plays a key role in delivering the group's transactions, strategic investments, and other growth initiatives across a global technology business. You will work across the full deal lifecycle, combining rigorous financial analysis with cross-functional leadership and senior stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple transactions and strategic projects across the M&A lifecycle.
- Build financial models and valuations, including DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions and LBO analysis.
- Lead cross-functional due diligence with Finance, Legal, HR, IT and Operations, translating findings into clear risks and recommendations.
- Conduct market, competitor and technology-sector analysis to support investment decisions.
- Prepare business cases and proposals for senior leadership and board-level approval.
- Build strong relationships with global stakeholders, investment banks, consultants and other external advisers.
Requirements
- Significant experience in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting or a transaction-focused role.
- Experience managing several projects at different stages of the deal lifecycle and working with stakeholders globally.
- Sound commercial judgement, strategic thinking and the ability to influence senior leaders.
