About the Role
Leverage expertise and qualifications in construction, architecture, energy, telecommunications, and infrastructure to support clients in factory and warehouse construction projects. Provide design and construction management, project management, and cost optimization support. Utilize digital technologies like digital twins and insights from Accenture and partners to advance construction projects and related operations. Lead projects as a management role and mentor team members and junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Support client-side design and construction management for factory and warehouse construction projects.
- Manage project progress, quality, and costs.
- Optimize construction costs through value engineering (VE) and benchmark analysis of estimates.
- Support operational advancement using digital technologies such as digital twins.
- Lead project teams and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Over 8 years of practical experience in the construction, architecture, energy, telecommunications, or infrastructure fields.
- Possession of at least one of the following qualifications: Class 1 Architect, Class 1 Construction Management Engineer, Class 1 Telecommunications Construction Management Engineer, Professional Engineer (Electrical and Electronics), Professional Engineer (Mechanical), Professional Engineer (Mechanical: Fluid Engineering), Professional Engineer (Mechanical: Thermal Engineering), Professional Engineer (Comprehensive Technical Management: Electrical and Electronics), Professional Engineer (Comprehensive Technical Management: Fluid Engineering), Professional Engineer (Comprehensive Technical Management: Thermal Engineering).
- Experience in the construction, architecture, energy, telecommunications, or infrastructure industry.
Skills
- Mentoring junior engineers as a dedicated technical supervisor.
- Leading teams of approximately 10 people.
- Comfortable using English in business settings.
