About the Role

Work directly with the CEO and Founders Associate on high-impact topics across the go-to-market (GTM) and commercial team, helping to turn customer traction into a repeatable and scalable growth model. Over the next six to twelve months, focus on strategy, growth, and GTM, with increasing ownership of Revenue Operations as the business grows.

Responsibilities

  • Help nail the GTM motion and accelerate growth.
  • Work with the team to understand problems, develop ideas, and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and commercial team, combining analysis with hands-on execution.
  • Spend time close to customers, shadowing the sales team, understanding processes, and learning the construction industry.
  • Lead GTM and growth projects end-to-end, including improving CRM, TAM mapping, pipeline reporting, and commercial workflows.
  • Support growth initiatives such as customer retention, rollouts within existing accounts, and pricing.
  • Explore new market segments and assess focus areas, both domestically and abroad.
  • Discover and implement AI-supported workflows for tasks like account research, contact finding, and CRM updates.
  • Take on increasing responsibility and ownership for Revenue Operations, ensuring pipeline and reporting reliability, improving CRM workflows, and identifying gaps in the commercial engine.

Requirements

  • Strong academic background in business, management, economics, or a related field.
  • Early in career (internships, recent graduate, or first full-time experience).
  • GTM experience from fast-paced environments (startup, consulting, VC, or mature tech company).
  • Pragmatic and hands-on approach, focusing on business needs, with the ability to zoom in and out.
  • Comfortable with numbers and questioning assumptions to ensure data reflects customer reality.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with proactive reporting.
  • Tech-savvy, thrives in ambiguity, and can switch context and take ownership without perfect structure.
  • Fluent in German and English.
