About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide sovereign, competent, and needs-oriented customer service in our shop.
- Present and sell IT hardware and software items, including additional products.
- Process cash register transactions, including daily closing.
Requirements
- Ideally, completed vocational training in retail and initial experience in selling IT hardware.
- Strong communication skills and understanding of technology.
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Team player.
