About the Role
Change Grow Live is a charity dedicated to making a difference in individuals' lives by offering support and respect in a safe environment. The Peer Mentor Coordinator will work within the HMP Wandsworth Substance Misuse Psychosocial Interventions Service, focusing on the peer mentor provision, including recruitment, training, supervision, and development. This role champions recovery by establishing and promoting peer-led activities and enhancing service user involvement.

Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Requires prison clearance
- Subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level

Salary/Compensations
- CGL points 23 to 28 (£28,557.79 - £32,802.41) pro rata
- Inner London Weighting (£4,236.47) pro rata
