About the Role
Seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join the Estate Services Team in South London, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of estates.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out tasks such as litter and leaves collection
- Use of petrol and electric tools
- Mowing and strimming of grassed areas
- Hedge trimming
- General gardening duties (digging, planting, weeding and pruning)
- Transportation of grounds maintenance equipment using vans and towing trailers
- Representing Clarion, always be courteous and respectful with residents, being always helpful
Requirements
- Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required
- Applicants must hold a full valid manual UK driving licence
- This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
- You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy
- You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment
