About the Role
Big Mamma is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef for its London restaurants. This role offers the opportunity to become a leader and the Chef of tomorrow within a rapidly expanding group.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the menu change process alongside the Executive Chefs.
- Ensure speed and precision at the pass.
- Ensure every dish is perfect, adhering to the Group's recipes and standards.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
- Maintain a well-organized team.
- Manage Food Costs, focusing on zero waste, flawless inventories, and timely orders.
- Plan, organize, and lead the brigade with energy and precision.
- Train and support the team daily, sharing passion and professionalism.
- Build team harmony and create a stimulating and positive workplace.
