About the Role
We are seeking support in part-time for the billing department of our rehab in-house service, which organizes the supply of rehab aids. This role is particularly suitable for individuals utilizing the 'Aktivrente' (active pension) scheme.
Responsibilities
- Request missing documents from patients, care facilities, and other contacts via phone or email.
- Verify completeness of prescriptions, delivery notes, and acknowledgments.
- Monitor open cases and follow up assertively.
- Record, maintain, and archive received documents.
- Clarify simple inquiries and hand over complete cases for billing.
- Procure and prepare billing-relevant documents.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare, a practice, care facility, health insurance company, or administration is advantageous.
- Friendly, clear, and reliable communication via phone and email.
- Careful, structured, and reliable way of working.
- Confident use of PC and standard Office programs, especially Excel.
- Sense of responsibility when handling sensitive patient data.
