About the Role

As a Product Manager at IntegrityNext, you will translate product strategy into meaningful solutions that deliver measurable value for customers. You will own your product's journey from discovery to continuous improvement, playing an important role in shaping AI-native capabilities while balancing innovation with reliability, transparency, and customer trust. In a dynamic B2B SaaS environment, you will combine customer empathy, technical understanding, and strategic judgment to build impactful products.

Responsibilities

  • Translate the Product Lead's strategic direction into actionable roadmaps, clearly scoped features, and measurable outcomes.
  • Own and continuously prioritize your product backlog, balancing customer value, feasibility, effort, and strategic relevance.
  • Make informed trade-offs to focus resources on initiatives that deliver the greatest impact.
  • Leverage customer research, market trends, and internal expertise to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Validate customer problems, assumptions, and potential solutions through structured discovery, experimentation, and testing.
  • Translate insights into product improvements and continuously refine priorities based on evidence.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept and requirements definition through launch, optimization, and potential sunset.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Design, and Sustainability Experts to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and adjust initiatives to achieve measurable business and customer outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities where AI agents create meaningful customer value, while recognizing when deterministic solutions or human judgment are more appropriate.
  • Develop clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for conventional and AI-native features, ensuring alignment on scope, expected behavior, and quality.
  • Define and maintain quality standards for agentic functionality, including evaluations, golden examples, and governance fact sheets that support reliability and customer trust.
  • Maintain a transparent product roadmap in Airfocus and contribute to strategic planning, prioritization, and delivery cadences.
  • Ensure product initiatives meet established readiness, validation, and delivery standards.
  • Integrate AI tools into daily product management activities, including research, synthesis, analysis, documentation, and workflow automation.
  • Act as the central point of contact for your product, communicating roadmap decisions, progress, risks, and changes clearly.
  • Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Sustainability, and business teams to create alignment and share knowledge across the product pillar.
  • Develop clear enablement materials for internal teams and customers to support product understanding, adoption, and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Manager, ideally gained in a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Strong B2B SaaS experience with demonstrated end-to-end product ownership, including product launches and sunsetting.
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or compliance is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of carbon accounting and emissions reporting frameworks, such as the GHG Protocol, CSRD, or Scope 1–3, is a plus.
  • Strong technical understanding and confidence in collaborating with Engineering on system architecture, data models, integrations, APIs, and technical trade-offs.
  • Solid analytical capabilities, including statistics fundamentals, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Experience developing product requirements, conducting discovery, validating hypotheses, and measuring product outcomes.
  • Practical experience working with AI-native products, including agentic workflows, evaluations, golden examples, and governance documentation.
  • Confident daily use of AI-powered tools and collaborative development environments, including GitHub, shared context repositories, Cursor, Claude, or comparable solutions.
  • Strong customer empathy and curiosity, combined with a pragmatic approach to solving problems efficiently.
  • High level of ownership, sound judgment, and confidence in making decisions in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
  • Ability to prioritize competing opportunities while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
  • Experimental and evidence-driven mindset, with the willingness to validate assumptions early, learn quickly, and adjust direction when needed.
  • Comfort working asynchronously in a distributed, Europe-based team with overlapping collaboration hours across US and UK time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex product and technical topics to diverse audiences.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly when working with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to build alignment, communicate trade-offs transparently, and keep stakeholders informed about product decisions and progress.
