About the Role
Join the maintenance team at a high-security industrial facility near Beckton, responsible for maintaining high standards across the facility. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver passionate about making a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
- Handle a dynamic mix of planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Carry out basic repairs of damaged facilities and equipment.
- Perform painting, decorating, and general hands-on upkeep.
- Manage preventative maintenance and support fire safety checks.
- Assist the Maintenance Manager with renovations and projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a multi-skilled handyman, or a similar handyman or property maintenance role.
- Solid, essential understanding of current health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and flexibly across multiple sites.
- Fully eligible to work in the UK.
