About the Role
As an integral partner in planning and realization, you will have the opportunity to prove your talent as a Project Manager in Planning and develop innovative solutions for complex technical challenges. Responsibilities
- Full planning and project management responsibility within planning projects
- Development and planning of overall solutions in electrical engineering according to the complete service phases of HOAI (planning, tendering, awarding)
- Content and organizational leadership responsibility for expert planning teams in building services and building technology, and commercial responsibility for the planning project
- Management of the planning process within general planning and interface with internal and external planning participants
- Advising our clients and sparring with internal specialist departments regarding planning processes for building services and building technology systems
- Development of innovative electrical planning solutions for complex projects, buildings, and systems
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, building services, building technology, building climatology, or energy technology, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of sound professional experience in a comparable position with planning or project management responsibility at a general planning company or MEP planning office
- Sound knowledge in the design and layout of concepts for technical building equipment (TGA, HLSK, ELT)
- Negotiation-proof German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to undertake project-related travel
- Independent, conceptual, structured, and cross-trade work with an integrated project approach
- Solution-oriented negotiation skills and a good feel for people and situations
