About the Role
Lead the governance, oversight, and coordination of portfolio planning, investment review, and reporting functions for the Infrastructure Projects and Engineering (IPE) division. Manage budget and TIP review processes, coordinate external capital reporting, and serve as the primary interface with key stakeholders. This role supports informed decision-making and the delivery of organizational investment priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the governance, oversight, and coordination of portfolio planning, investment review, and reporting functions for the IPE division.
- Manage budget and TIP review processes.
- Coordinate external capital reporting requirements.
- Serve as the primary interface with FTC, PIP, IPE Commercial and Controls teams and other key stakeholders.
- Support informed decision-making and delivery of organizational investment priorities through effective governance, reporting assurance, and strategic coordination.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading portfolio governance, reporting, and investment planning activities in a complex organizational environment.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in portfolio governance, investment planning, budget management, reporting, and assurance practices within large, complex organizations.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, finance, project management, governance, commerce, or a related discipline, and/or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
