About the Role
Manage the company's official website, a key channel for customer acquisition and information management. Analyze issues, plan, propose solutions, and lead improvement initiatives in coordination with IT and business stakeholders. This role involves analyzing customer feedback, access logs, and contract data from a business perspective to identify challenges and formulate hypotheses. You will also bridge the gap between business and IT during system development and support the introduction of new products and tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company's official website (Static and Dynamic).
- Support the introduction of new products and tools.
- Manage the progress and quality of planning, production, and operation of the official website.
- Support the introduction of new tools such as CMS and MA tools.
- Create requirements in collaboration with relevant departments for existing product and service revisions.
- Support testing for releases.
- Support the introduction of new tools such as analysis tools.
- Analyze issues and identify the scope of impact.
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback and website traffic to define hypotheses and create reports.
- Create requirements and lead problem-solving efforts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Web Director.
- 2+ years of experience as a System Engineer or in system development.
Skills
- Cross-departmental communication with business departments.
- Lead large-scale projects spanning multiple departments.
- Knowledge or practical experience with systems in the finance and insurance domains.
